What is PSP Steel?

PSP Steel is invented by coating synthetic resin films on both sides of a metal substrate via an unique "thermal bonding" technology.

Features:
1.Corrosion Resistant
ASP sheet is coated with ASA on surface and PVC on bottom, it is stable when exposed to chemical agents such as industrial emissions, fog, salt, acids, alkali etc.
2.Fire Proof Grade A
Difficult to burn, the fire proof level can reach Grade A and meets the common safety requirements in most areas.
3.Color Stable
PSP Steel Sheet can adapt to all normal climate like sunshine, wind, rain and snow. Color stable within 20 years under outdoor environment.
4.High Temperature Resistant
PSP Steel Sheet have no any Shrink, Crack, Spalling and Fade, under temperature 100°C environment.

PSP STEEL VS Pre-painted Color steel

Tested in National Test Center for Building Materials, Delta E is less than 5 after 15000hours UV radiation.

The color for PVDF film laminated PSP steel can last more than 30 years.

Under microscope

It shows that there are many micropore on surface of color coated steel (caused by volatilization).

Corrosive will penetrate easily to substrate, which will reduce lifespan of the product. 

While the surface of PSP Steel is very intact.

       After soaked in 20% sulfuric acid for 22 hours

         PSP has no change on surface, 

         while the coating of color coated steel was seriously               corroded and peeled off.

This test approves that PSP steel is suitable for most of the corrosive environments and has much beter performance than color painting steel in these appicatons.
